The YogAlign method is a way to recalibrate your brain through movement and breathwork. It takes advantage of specific neurologic processes to repattern poor habitual body mechanics and turns them into positive ones. Description: Change your posture, change your life. In this 3.5-hour workshop, we will explore the YogAlign method through an experiential asana practice. We will discuss the body mechanics that cause us to have postural issues and introduce a sequence of movements to recalibrate the body, allowing it to effortlessly maintain an aligned posture through daily life. Before and after photos will be taken to observe postural shifts.
*** all images will be taken by Wendy Middleton-Bentley. Students must sign a photo release and all images will be emailed to you post shoot for your use, and to observe your personal postural shift.
